Raj Johnson established MapuSoft Technologies in 2000 while working for Accelerated Technology, Inc. (now Mentor Graphics) as a Senior Software Engineer/FAE. He recognized developers’ need to migrate legacy code to the next generation and wanted to offer a solid software reuse solution. Johnson saw a great market opportunity in the industry, and in 2001 he founded MapuSoft Technologies. In 2002 Mr. Johnson left Mentor Graphics to devote full-time work to his growing company. He has since established a headquarters for MapuSoft in Mobile, AL, a development center in Chennai, India and various distributors worldwide. To facilitate his goal for MapuSoft to be the lead porting and abstraction solution provider in the embedded industry, Mr. Johnson motivates the company to develop innovative products and reach new markets. He takes a proactive approach in his position as President and CEO, as he continues to provide technical direction, participate in architectural and design issues and oversee the sales and marketing activities.
Raj Johnson has more than 15 years of technical and management experience in the embedded and telecommunication industries. Prior to founding MapuSoft he worked in various engineering and management positions for such companies as Mentor Graphics, Phillips Home Services, IBM and Vivid Technologies, Inc. He also has extensive knowledge in system/application design and development, software architecture, embedded coding and technical consulting. Mr. Johnson earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronics & Communication from Anna University in Chennai, India and a Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Manhattan College in New York City.
Thomas J. Woodford - Board Member

Mr. Woodford has been on MapuSoft’s Board since the company’s inception in 2001. He serves as Secretary to the Company and is also its outside General Counsel. Mr. Woodford is a shareholder with The Kullman Firm, a New Orleans-based law firm. His practice primarily focuses on all areas of labor and employment law on behalf of management, but he is also well-versed in issues involving intellectual property and general corporate law. He is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating given to attorneys practicing in the United States.
Mr. Woodford graduated with honors from the Washington & Lee University School of Law in 1987 and from Duke University in 1983. He also teaches courses in Business Law as an adjunct professor with the Mitchell College of Business of the University of South Alabama.
Dr. Mohan K. Menon - Board Member

Dr. Mohan Menon serves on MapuSoft’s Board of Directors and has been a valuable asset to the University of South Alabama for more than ten years. Menon is a Professor and Chair of the Marketing Department in the Mitchell College of Business, and prior to his time in Southern Alabama, Dr. Menon was an assistant professor at the University of Minnesota.
Dr. Menon’s areas of research include international business and marketing, e-commerce, ethics and logistics. Mohan Menon is a member of the International Academy of E-Business, the Academy of International Business and the Academy of Business Administration, and he presents his research to these organizations on regional, national and international levels. His work has been published in the Journal of Global Business, Sports Marketing Quarterly, Journal of International Consumer Marketing, American Business Review and many others. Dr. Menon earned a BBA from Madurai University, a Masters of Business Administration Degree from the University of Madras and a Doctorate from the University of Memphis.
E. Lynn Stacey - Advisor
Mr. Lynn Stacey has served as advisor to the board with MapuSoft since its establishment in 2001. Mr. Stacey brings more than 20 years of experience to the company with a background in business, economic development, marketing, entrepreneurship, and realty.
Mr. Stacey is the Founder and President of Stacey and Associates Marketing Research Firm, Founder and CEO of the Center for Entrepreneurial Training, and author of Alabama Incubator Network Study. Mr. Stacey recently retired as Executive Director of the Business Innovation Center, Inc., Mobile County’s small business incubator. He has served on the Board of the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce and was nominated for the National Edward Deluca Award for Economic Development Excellence. E. Lynn Stacey received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from the University of South Alabama and has educational background in the Entrepreneurial Management Series (C.E.M.) and Realtors National Marketing Institution.
Brad Bevins – Chief Financial Officer

Brad Bevins joined the MapuSoft team in October, 2007. Mr. Bevins serves as the Chief Financial Officer and is wholly responsible for the company’s accounting and finance matters. He is also involved in licensing and legal agreement issues.
Mr. Bevins previously worked for eight years as a Financial Controller for a high technology division of Litton Data Systems (which has since been acquired by Northrop Grumman). In 1999 he became Accelerated Technology’s (ATI) Chief Financial Officer where he was responsible for all accounting and finance matters. When Mentor Graphics acquired ATI, Mr. Bevins became a Business/Finance Manager; as such, he worked closely with Mentor’s world-wide sales teams. During this time, he provided key planning, budgeting, cost tracking, and sales and profit data to Mentor’s corporate office. Mr. Bevins earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of San Diego and an MBA from William Carey College in Mississippi.
Eric Loes - Software Architect/Manager

Eric Loes joined MapuSoft in 2001 working part time as a software engineer, and was hired full time in January 2005 as the Software Architect and Manager. Mr. Loes oversees product maintenance and manages MapuSoft’s US engineering team. He also directs the design and development processes for new products as well as advanced features for existing products.
Eric Loes has approximately 10 years of experience in the embedded industry. Before his time with MapuSoft, Mr. Loes worked as a Technical Marketing Engineer at Mentor Graphics. He was also employed as a software engineer for Accelerated Technology prior to and after their acquisition with Mentor Graphics, and as a customer support engineer at QMS. Additionally, Mr. Loes served in the United States Navy aboard the USS Hammerhead. Ranked as Petty Officer Second Class (E5) he worked as a Nuclear Machinist Mate and was also qualified in submarines. Eric Loes Graduated from the University of South Alabama in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science.
Marianne Crowe - Director of Marketing

Marianne Crowe began her career with MapuSoft in 2003 as an intern. Upon her graduation in 2004, she joined the team full time with both sales and marketing duties. Ms. Crowe was named Director of Marketing in early 2007, making her responsible for all marketing activities from concept to execution. She also manages the marketing teams both domestically and internationally and maintains partner relations.
Ms. Crowe received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing with a concentration in e-Commerce from the University of South Alabama. She is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration Degree with a concentration in Marketing from Auburn University.
Dan Arzonico - Director of Sales

Mr. Arzonico joined MapuSoft Technologies as the Director of Sales in April 2007. He brings more than 15 years of experience to Mapusoft and is directly responsible for the revenue generation capability of the company. He manages the sales team both domestically and internationally and oversees the distribution channels for company products.
Prior to joining MapuSoft’s team Mr. Arzonico worked with Accelerated Technology during their start up and through their acquisition with Mentor Graphics. With Accelerated he developed a strong customer base in North America and Canada and established an internship program with the Mitchell College of Business at the University of South Alabama where he is currently an adjunct faculty member. Also in conjunction with the university, Mr. Arzonico serves as a US Army reservist supporting the SROTC faculty with instructing, recruiting and administrative duties. Additionally, Mr. Arzonico has more than twenty-one years of active and reserve service with the US Army as a logistician and is a non-resident graduate of the Command and General Staff College. Dan Arzonico earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of South Alabama and a Master of Science Degree in Business Management from Troy University.
Raman Narayanan - Director of Sales & Marketing for the West Coast of the United States

Mr.Raman Narayanan is our Director of Sales and Marketing for the West Coast of the United States and also manages the distribution channel for MapuSoft products in Japan, China and the entire Asia-Pacific.
Mr.Raman is a veteran of over 20 years in Semiconductor and Consumer Electronics business, brings a great insight and direction to the MapuSoft team. During the last 20 years, he created and managed a portfolio of products for Motorola and Philips Consumer Electronics division and successfully turned them all into multi-million dollar business.
Mr.Raman has a Masters degree in Electronics as well as a Management degree from University of Bombay and a Marketing Management from University of California, Berkeley.
Kumaravel Pandurangan – Director of Engineering, India

Kumaravel Pandurangan was appointed Director of Engineering of MapuSoft Technologies’ India office in August 2007. Mr. Pandurangan brings more than 12 years of experience in technical and managerial experience in real-time and embedded systems to MapuSoft’s team. At India’s development center he handles project management, software implementation, network security management and team management.
Before his time with MapuSoft, Mr. Pandurangan held multiple software architect, engineering and team lead positions with companies such as Trioz, TimeSys India and ABB. He completed ports linked to Intel 8051 and Motorola 68xx series, delivered various releases of DigiticX, and was involved in the successful start-ups of Timesys and TriozTech in India. Kumaravel Pandurangan graduated from Bharathiar University in 1995 with a Bachelor Degree in Engineering, specializing in electronics and instrumentation.
John Vedanayagam - Director of Operations, India

John Vedanayagam began his career with MapuSoft in 2005 when the company was incorporated under Indian Company Laws. Mr. Vedanayagam serves as the Director of Operations in India where he built the infrastructure required for the company in its start up. He manages the day-to-day affairs of MapuSoft including financial and budgeting matters, maintaining company properties and he acts as Liaison with the local government to collaborate on various operations issues.
Prior to working with MapuSoft, Mr. Vedanayagam worked in the State Government Prison Department for nearly 29 years. He was quickly promoted through many positions of ministerial staff, finally landing as Cadre of Section Head in 1995. John Vedanayagam earned a PUC in Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics from St. John’s College in 1971.
